I first followed the very basic tutorial that comes with the program. I learnt basic controls and played with them. I started playing with the stamp tool and played around with human heads and features. Here is a bit of that experiment:
I then used Youtube to try and teach me slightly more complex sculpting.
This is the page of the man aboves work: https://www.domqwek.com/pages/tutorials
These are both useful sites to help:

So after a day of trying to teach myself the program, ive managed to play around more with the face and expressions stamps. Ive learnt you must up the res on the layer your using when making stamps to keep them crisp. and to position stamps you must put them on new layers. However ive been finding it very difficult to blend the layers together seamlessly.
This image was my first experiment, i changed the expression to a smile with a stamp and a new layer. but the difficulty was making the layers look as one.
I then tried playing around with duplicating the features, i quite like the way the extra mouths make for an elongated chin. Here I’ve tried to blend the first 2 mouths but you can see they are not quite right.
here you can see ive tried to fill in the rest of the chin to make it seem like one but its not quite perfect.
