Tried sandwiching method- proved to be very difficult and never lined up properly so decided to move onto pouring method.

First pour shape intact however air bubbles obscured the design.

added risers to try and combat the problem.

results were much improved however small air bubbles still cling to the lettering.

did lots of tests and finding it very difficult to get rid of these darn air bubbles!!
